Terms & Conditions:
1. Bidders must made available a bid bond in the form of Cash or Cashier’s Check made payable to the “Indonesian Mission to the UN” issued by a reputable bank directly to the Treasurer of the Indonesian Mission with the following requirements:
- Each bid bond stated above is valid only for one vehicle;
- The bid bond must be effectively received by the Treasurer at registration of Bidders (see point No. 6);
- The Treasurer will produce an official receipt for the bid bond;
2. Bidders that cannot be present on the day of the Auction must provide their representatives with written & signed notes of consent;
3. The bid bonds of failed bidders will be returned immediately to the bidders at  the end of the Auction and they must return their official receipt to the Treasurer;
4. Auction will be conducted in writing with sealed envelopes in use. In case where a number of bids of equal value in excess of the minimum bidding price are submitted, the auction will continue with direct oral bidding until the highest offer is reached;
5. The winning bidder must make full payment of the winning bidding price within 3 (three) working days after the day of Auction. If the winning bidder fails to do so, the winning bidder will be considered to have non-performed and in breach of contract and the bid bond will be confiscated immediately by the Indonesian Mission and transferred to the Government of the Republic of Indonesia. The failed winning bidder will be barred from any future Auction by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia;
6. Interested bidders must register with a valid identification document (photo ID included) and submit their bid bond accordingly:

7. Interested bidders are able to view and inspect the vehicles for auction (open house) after registering on:

8.  A briefing on the procedure of the Auction will be held on Thursday, 22 April 2010 at 9-10am at the 7th Floor Auditorium of the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Indonesia to the UN. Bidders are encouraged to attend this briefing if further inquiries on the proceedings of the Auction are needed.
- Each vehicle will be auctioned in an “as is” condition;
- It will be assumed all bidders are fully aware of the condition of the vehicles;
- All titles of the vehicles are currently stored at the Office for Foreign Mission (OFM) of the US Mission to the United Nations and will be immediately processed to OFM for transfer to the winning bidder right after auction day. 
- The winning bidder is responsible for any cost incurred in the removal of the vehicle(s) from the garage of the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Indonesia to the UN in New York. The vehicle(s) must be removed from the premise within 1 (one) week; 
-All decision made by the Auction Committee are final and binding;
